Bently Nevada 3300/50-02-01-00-00 Tachometer Monitor

  • Product Type: A single-channel shaft vibration monitor, it must be used with compatible 8mm eddy current probes (e.g., 330103 series), extension cables, and proximitors of the same series. It only monitors the vibration amplitude of one shaft journal, with two-level threshold protection (alarm and danger) to prevent equipment damage from excessive vibration.
  • Specifications: It has a measurement range of 0-254μm (0-10 mils), a resolution of 0.1μm (0.004 mils), and a frequency response of 5-1000Hz. It supports 4-20mA analog output but no digital communication function. Operating temperature ranges from 0℃ to +60℃, with a power supply of 115/230VAC (50/60Hz) and power consumption ≤5VA.
  • Functional Features: Equipped with built-in signal filtering and amplification circuits, it has strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability and a measurement accuracy of ±1% full scale. It has LED status indicators (power, normal, alarm, danger) but no LCD display, requiring external devices to read values. It complies with API 670 standards and supports on-site threshold setting via buttons for easy debugging.
  • Application Scenarios: Widely used in medium and small rotating equipment in power and petrochemical industries, such as pumps, fans, and small compressors. It monitors shaft vibration status in real time and triggers audible-visual alarms or shutdown signals when vibration exceeds thresholds, ensuring stable equipment operation and reducing maintenance costs.
