It real-time monitors axial displacement of equipment shafts, featuring fault alarm and shutdown protection functions to ensure shafts operate within safe ranges.
  • Specifications: It has a measurement range of 0-50mm, a resolution of 0.01mm, and a frequency response of 0-100Hz. Alarm and danger values can be set on-site via panel DIP switches or buttons, supporting 4-20mA analog output. Operating temperature ranges from 0℃ to +60℃, with a power supply of 115/230VAC (50/60Hz).
  • Functional Features: Equipped with a high-precision signal conditioning circuit, it effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference with a measurement accuracy of ±0.5%. It has status indicators and a parameter display interface, intuitively showing real-time displacement values and equipment status. It supports fault event logging for post-analysis of shaft abnormalities and complies with API 670 standards, meeting high-reliability protection requirements for industrial equipment.
  • Application Scenarios: Widely used in steam turbine generators, centrifugal compressors, gearboxes, etc., in power, petrochemical, and metallurgical industries. It monitors axial shaft displacement in real time, triggering alarms or shutdowns when displacement exceeds preset thresholds to prevent shaft damage from excessive displacement (e.g., rubbing) and ensure long-term safe equipment operation.
