The CP232 is a key model in Meggitt's Vibrometer CP series of piezoelectric pressure sensors, designed for dynamic pressure measurement in extreme industrial environments. It is specifically designed for dynamic pressure measurement and is particularly well-suited to extreme industrial environments.
Output Type: Charge Signal. This output is proportional to the dynamic pressure. For sensitivity, refer to the specific model's datasheet; the CP232 is considered highly sensitive.
Temperature Range: -54°C to 650°C (typical). Like other models in the CP series (such as the CP103 and CP211), it supports extreme high and low temperatures, suitable for high-temperature applications such as industrial furnaces and combustion chambers.
Frequency Response Range: 2 Hz to 10,000 Hz (typical). It covers the requirements for dynamic pressure measurement at medium and high frequency levels and is suitable for real-time pressure monitoring in equipment such as hydraulic systems and turbomachinery.
Insulation resistance: To ensure optimal performance, it must meet the minimum value specified in the acceptance test report (ATR). Use a megohmmeter (100 VDC ± 5% test voltage) to test at room temperature (+23 ℃ ± 5 ℃) before installation. Ensure that Rx (positive pole - shell), Ry (negative pole - shell), and Rz (positive pole - negative pole) meet the specified standards for proper sensor function.
