  • The 14996-02 is a relay control module developed by Bently Nevada as part of the 3500 series machinery protection system components.
  • This module is a full-height unit equipped with four independent relay outputs, supporting flexible alarm and logic implementation within the 3500 system architecture.
  • Multiple modules of this type can be installed into any slot located to the right of the Transient Data Interface module, allowing for scalable system configuration.
  • Each of the four relay outputs can be independently programmed to implement custom voting logic based on system requirements.
  • Every relay on the module incorporates dedicated Alarm Drive Logic, which supports AND/OR logical operations. This logic can use alarm inputs such as Alert and Danger statuses, Not OK conditions, or individual PPL signals from any monitor channel — or any combination of channels within the rack.
  • Using the standard 3500 Rack Configuration Software, users can fully program the Alarm Drive Logic to match specific site and application requirements.
