  • Key Specifications: Compatible with 3300-series LVDT sensors, supporting ±200mV~±2V DC input. Its measurement range covers 0~50mm, meeting the casing expansion monitoring needs of large equipment. It operates at -20℃~+60℃, powered by -18Vdc/-24Vdc with power consumption ≤8W, and features a modular design suitable for 3300-series standard racks.
  • Core Functional Features: Supports dual-channel independent monitoring, allowing simultaneous access to two groups of LVDT signals. It has a differential monitoring function to calculate the difference between two signals and customize alarm thresholds. A built-in signal diagnostic module identifies faults like sensor disconnection, with LED indicators showing operating status intuitively. It can link with the 3300/45 communication module for centralized data upload and remote monitoring.
  • Typical Application Scenarios: Widely used in steam turbines, centrifugal compressors in power and petrochemical industries. It monitors casing thermal expansion and relative displacement to prevent faults such as equipment rubbing and misalignment caused by uneven thermal expansion, providing data support for safe control during equipment startup/shutdown and load adjustment.
