  • Product Type: A single-channel eddy current probe proximitor. Its core role is to provide 70kHz high-frequency excitation signals for compatible eddy current probes, while converting mechanical displacement signals (e.g., shaft vibration, axial displacement) collected by the probes into linearized voltage signals ranging from -4V to +2V. It acts as a key intermediate unit connecting "front-end sensing probes" and "back-end monitoring equipment," ensuring undistorted transmission of original mechanical signals.
  • Specifications: It is compatible with 4mm (0.16in) diameter probes, matching signal acquisition needs in small installation spaces. The linear error is ≤±1% full scale to ensure measurement accuracy. The operating temperature range is -55℃ to +125℃, enduring high and low temperature fluctuations in industrial sites. The power input is ±15Vdc, with a maximum current consumption of 30mA, compatible with industrial standard DC power supply systems. It adopts a compact metal housing with an IP54 protection rating, resisting dust and oil contamination.
  • Functional Features: It has a built-in high-precision temperature compensation circuit, which offsets the impact of ambient temperature changes on signal conditioning and avoids measurement deviations caused by temperature drift. It is equipped with overvoltage and overcurrent protection to prevent damage to internal circuits from abnormal external power supply, enhancing anti-interference capability. The optimized signal bandwidth design effectively filters high-frequency noise, ensuring a high signal-to-noise ratio of the output signal. It supports on-site debugging, allowing quick verification of signal output status via test terminals.

It works with 4mm eddy current probes to monitor shaft journal vibration or axial displacement parameters, providing a reliable signal source for monitors like the 3300 series. This supports early diagnosis of equipment faults and prevents equipment damage caused by shaft system abnormalities.
